Does my Moxee device work when there is no wireless coverage? Follow
This depends on how your Moxee device is connected. If the Moxee device is in Bluetooth® Mode, your Moxee device will work if the phone it’s paired to has an internet connection. Some features will not work, including Device Finder and firmware updates.
If the Moxee Signal is in Cellular Mode and you are outside wireless coverage areas, your Moxee device will not work. Please check with your carrier for the latest coverage information and roaming capabilities for your rate plan.
