Can I have alerts go to different Contacts based on the Device User? Follow
Each Account Owner sets up a single list of Contacts for each type of alert. The Account Owner is always a contact for all of Check-ins, Yellow Alerts, and Red Alerts. The professional monitoring service is always a contact for Red Alerts, and cannot be added for Check-ins and Yellow Alerts. Each Contact besides those two can receive any mix of Check-ins and Alerts, based on the Account Owner's settings.
All Device Users linked to a single Account Owner send their Check-ins and Alerts to that Account Owner's single Contacts set.
If you purchased multiple Moxee Signals and wish to have some of the Device Users reach different sets of Contacts from each other, you'll need to set up each Device User going to different Contacts as their own full Account Owner, using a different email address and mobile phone number. This type of setup does not affect any cellular service payment responsibility you have.
