How to reset your Moxee Device Follow
If your Moxee device does not appear to respond to button presses or there are errors during the pairing process, you can perform a reset. Prior to performing a reset, you may want to try rebooting your phone and/or turn Bluetooth on and off to see that resolves the issue.
To reset your Moxee device:
- Press and hold the power button on the side of your Moxee device for 10 seconds and release.
- Wait for the Connection LED to blink and then turn solid green, showing it has reconnected to the cellular network, or:
- If you’re in Bluetooth range of your connected phone, the Connection LED will show blue when connected via Bluetooth
- Check the Moxee App to verify the Moxee device's location
Resets do not change the configuration information on your Moxee device.
