How to add a Contact Follow
The Account Owner can add and edit Contacts, as well as decide which alert types go to these Contacts in the Moxee App:
- Open the Moxee App on the Account Owner’s handset
- Select the menu button
- Select Contacts & Settings
- Select Add Contact
- Follow the prompts to add a Contact to the desired alert type. You can use a name, email, and phone numbers stored in your phone's contacts list or enter the name, email, and phone number manually.
Your Contact will immediately show in the Contact lists for each alert type you selected, with "pending" on their icon. The Contact will receive a text message and an email message asking them to be your Contact, with a link to a page where they confirm their details and accept. Once they accept the invite, they will be notified of all alerts types you select, sent from any of the Moxee Signal registered to your account. The Account Owner can go to Contact & Settings at any time to edit the alert types or remove a Contact.
