How to resend an invite to a Contact Follow
If a Contact did not receive or cannot find your invitation, you can resend it. The Contact will still show as Pending in the Moxee App until they accept the invitation.
Open the Moxee App, then:
- Tap the menu button in the top left corner
- Tap Contacts & Settings
- In the Contacts & Settings screen, find the Contact's name and icon in any of the Alert types
- Tap the Contact’s icon, which says "pending"
- On the dialog, check that the email address and phone number are correct
- Tap Resend Invite
This will send the Contact a new message at the previously entered phone number and email address. If the Contact information is incorrect, tap Remove Contact instead of Resend Invite, then send a new invite to the correct phone number and email address.
